How to get to us:

• From the metro station "Narodnoye Opolchenie": bus 345 (to the bus stop "Boulevard of General Karbyshev"), cross Marshal Zhukov Avenue via an underground passage and walk 5 minutes along Salam Adil Street towards Karamyshevskaya embankment

Registration for a consultative appointment in the CDC and planned hospitalization in the hospital are carried out on the basis of referrals from medical institutions of 1-2 levels of outpatient care. To get a referral to the CDC, you need to contact the polyclinic at your place of residence.

To make an entry, you need the following documents:

1. Passport;
2. Policy MHI;
3. Referral from the Vorohobov’s City Clinical Hospital;
4. Extract from the patient's outpatient card

Without a referral, you can be accepted on a paid basis.
