The procedure for hospitalization in a maternity hospital

Patients are hospitalized in the maternity hospital:

  • In a planned manner: in the direction of the doctor of the antenatal clinic or the clinicodiagnostic department of the maternity hospital;
  • Patients who have entered into a pregnancy or childbirth contract with a personal doctor, in the direction of the department of paid medical services.

When applying for hospitalization in a maternity hospital, you should have with you:

  • Passport;
  • Insurance policy;
  • Generic certificate (if not issued, then SNILS);
  • Photocopy of sick leave;
  • Exchange card (+ form of blood group and Rh factor);
  • Washable slippers (rubber or leather), socks;
  • Drinking water up to 1.5 liters;
  • Cell phone and charger.
