For planned hospitalization in the Vorohobov’s City Clinical Hospital No. 67, the patient should provide the following documents:

In accordance with paragraph 4.8. of the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor for the city of Moscow of 07.08.17 No. 15 “On conducting additional sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures against measles in the city of Moscow” and paragraph 2.8. the operational plan of measures to prevent the spread of measles, approved by the order of the Department of Health of the City of Moscow of 30.03.18 No. 218 “On improving measures to prevent the spread of measles infection” planned hospitalization/outpatient examination of patients in the hospital is carried out if there is information about the vaccinations against measles in accordance with the National Calendar of Preventive vaccinations.
Persons who have not been ill, have not been vaccinated, have been vaccinated once, or have no information about measles vaccinations are not allowed to undergo routine hospitalization/outpatient examination.

Upon admission to the hospital/outpatient examination, the patient must have a certificate of preventive vaccinations with data on two vaccinations (vaccination and revaccination) against measles with fully formed columns (signature and seal of the doctor, stamp of the institution) OR-a certificate from the polyclinic at the place of residence about the availability of two vaccinations (vaccination and revaccination) against measles (the name of the vaccine, series, dose, expiration date) with the seal and signature of the doctor, the stamp and seal of the medical and preventive organization, OR a certificate of a previous measles disease.
In exceptional cases, in the absence of vaccinations against measles and the absence of the possibility of vaccination (medical withdrawal, pregnancy, nonresident patient or foreign citizen), the patient must undergo a blood test for the intensity of immunity to the measles virus (by ELISA, IgG immunoglobulins) on the basis of any laboratory and provide a positive result of this study.
For planned hospitalization, the patient should contact the consultation and diagnostic center with a referral and an extract from the outpatient card from the outpatient clinic of level 1-2 (at the patient’s place of residence).
By appointment, the primary medical documentation is issued for the patient at the registry of the consulting and diagnostic center, and a ticket for an appointment with a doctor is issued.
Next, an initial consultation is held with a specialist doctor of the consultative and diagnostic center, who issues a conclusion indicating the diagnosis, the list of necessary pre-hospital examinations, as well as the date of readmission
At the second admission, the patient who provides the results of the examination, is examined by a doctor. In the absence of contraindications, the patient receives a ticket for hospitalization with an indication of its date. The ticket is approved by the head of the specialized department. On the day of planned hospitalization, the patient is sent to the planned hospitalization department of the emergency department for registration of the medical history.
